New FIFA 23 Promo: FUT Level Up LIVE

FUT Level Up has come to Ultimate Team.

A completely brand new promo has been revealed in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team. With a selection of high tier cards across objectives, FIFA packs and SBCs, the FUT Level Up promo will be the prominent focus for gamers to pick their end-game cards.  

What is FUT Level Up? 

FUT Level Up is a special campaign by EA Sports that essentializes gameplay, in which a set of Base Level Up cards have to first be obtained through packs or bought off the FUT Transfer Market, which then allow players at home to complete personalized milestones in the objectives menu to unlock upgraded items, known as Premium Level Up cards.

Premium Level Up cards are boosted versions of their base counterparts, with the biggest improvements potentially in either Weak Foot, Skill Moves or even Premium Chemistry. Some cards are randomly selected to have two upgrades, with Premium Chemistry being a bonus to the upgraded Weak Foot or Skill Moves

This is the first time that the community has seen a promo like this. The best cards are available only by actually playing the game modes such as Division Rivals, FUT Champions or Squad Battles; this in theory qualifies cards such as 99 Kevin De Bruyne to be worth 0 coins.

Now obviously it’s not that simple, you might have to buy the Base Level Up cards to have access to the desired objectives and some of them sell for millions of coins. But they can be sold again once the milestone is complete, adding a necessary value to the Base Level Up cards.

Or maybe, if you’re super lucky, you could pack one of the best Base Level Up cards and then do the objective for their Premium version. So without spending a penny, you get two versions of some of the best cards EA have to offer.

When playing online games such as FUT, luck is always needed as you gamble your coins on packs, however there are other games online with better odds to gain rewards from playing them. You can discover some of them on websites such as Iowa betting odds which provide some of the best odds and tips on how to win on your next bet.

FUT Level Up TEAM 1

There will be a Team 1 out until July 14th and Team 2 will be in packs until July 21st. This will be one of EA’s last promos in collaboration with FIFA as their partnership is soon to end. 

The Level Up cards in Team 1 are: 

• CAM: Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City) – Base 98 OVR / Premium 99 OVR with 5* SM 
• ST: Edinson Cavani (Valencia CF) – Base 94 OVR / Premium 96 OVR with 5* SM + Premium Chemistry
• ST: Timo Werner (RB Leipzig) – Base 93 OVR / Premium 96 OVR with 5* WF
• LB: Alphonso Davies (Bayern Munich) – Base 93 OVR / Premium 95 OVR with 5* WF + 5* SM
• ST: Dušan Vlahović (Juventus) – Base 93 OVR / Premium 95 OVR with 5* WF + Premium Chemistry
• CM: Enzo Fernandez (Chelsea) – Base 92 OVR / Premium 95 OVR with 5* WF
• CM: Renato Sanches (PSG) – Base 93 OVR / Premium 94 OVR with 5* SM
• RW: Jesus Corona (Sevilla) – Base 92 OVR / Premium 94 OVR
• CAM: Nabil Fekir (Real Betis) – Base 92 OVR / Premium 93 OVR with 5* SM
• RB: Juan Foyth (Villareal) – Base 91 OVR / Premium 93 OVR with 5* SM 
• CB: William Pacho (Frankfurt) – Base 90 OVR / Premium 93 OVR with 5* WF + Premium Chemistry

The most notable players on this list are of course Kevin De Bruyne, Renato Sanches and Alphonso Davies. High tier meta cards that are now practically perfect so they are going to cost a buck. But remember that you can unlock even better versions of them if you are willing to pay, and then resell. 

You can do this by completing these special objectives found in the FUT Milestones tab called ‘Level Up Your Game I’: 

• 99 CAM Kevin De Bruyne – Score in 30 separate matches using 98 OVR Level Up De Bruyne in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals and FUT Champions) while having min. 7 Belgium players in your starting 11.
• 96 ST Edinson Cavani – Score an Outside the Box goal in 5 separate matches using 94 OVR Level Up Cavani in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals and FUT Champions) while having min. 3 Uruguayan players in your starting 11. 
• 96 ST Timo Werner – Score a Finesse shot in 25 separate matches in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals and FUT Champions) while having 93 OVR Level Up Werner and exactly 6 German players in your starting 11.
• 95 LB Alphonso Davies – Assist in 20 separate matches using 93 OVR Level Up Davies in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals and FUT Champions) while having min. 3 players from Canada and exactly 3 German players in your starting 11.
• 95 ST Dušan Vlahović – Score a goal in 15 separate matches using 93 OVR Level Up Vlahović in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals and FUT Champions) while having min. 6 Italian players in your starting 11. 
• 95 CM Enzo Fernandez – Assist in 25 separate matches in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals and FUT Champions) while having 92 OVR Level Up Enzo Fernández and min. 6 Argentinian players in your starting 11.
• 94 CM Renato Sanches – Assist in 30 separate matches using 93 OVR Level Up Renato Sanches in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals and FUT Champions) while having min. 7 Portuguese players in your starting 11.
• 94 RW Jesus Corona – Assist using a Cross in 5 separate matches using 92 OVR Level Up Jesús Corona in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals and FUT Champions) while having min. 3 Mexican players in your starting 11.
• 93 CAM Nabil Fekir – Assist 10 Through Balls using 92 OVR Level Up Fekir in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals and FUT Champions) while having exactly 6 French players in your starting 11.
• 93 RB Juan Foyth – Score a goal in 5 separate matches using 91 OVR Level Up Foyth in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals and FUT Champions) while having min. 3 Argentinian players in your starting 11.
• 93 CB William Pacho – Concede no more than 2 goals per match in 5 separate matches in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals and FUT Champions) while having 90 OVR Level Up Pacho and min. 3 Bundesliga players in your starting 11.

FUT Level Up SBCs and Objectives

The Base Level Up cards that have been released as SBCs include:

To get his Premium 95 OVR with 5* WF: Score in 25 separate matches using 92 OVR Level Up Sterling in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals and FUT Champions) while having min. 6 English players in your starting 11.

• RB: Kiliann Sildillia (SC Freiburg) – Base 91 OVR 

To get his Premium 93 OVR with 5* WF:  Score a goal using a Defender in 5 separate matches in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals and FUT Champions) while having while having 91 OVR Level Up Sildillia and min. 3 French players in your starting 11.

• Assistance Needed: Assist 6 goals in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals and FUT Champions)
• Winning Difference: Score at least 2 goals during 3 separate Squad Battles matches on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals and FUT Champions)
• Italian Power: Score in 3 separate Squad Battles matches using Serie A players on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals and FUT Champions)
• Win 8: Squad Battles matches on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals and FUT Champions) while having min. 3 Serie A players in your Starting 11.

Completing these unlock the Base 94 OVR card, as well as Çalhanoğlu’s Premium 96 OVR Milestone (5* WF), which is:

• Assist a goal in 5 separate matches using 94 OVR Level Up Çalhanoğlu in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals and FUT Champions) while having min. 3 Serie A players in your starting 11.

CAM: Téji Tedy Savanier (Montpellier) – Base 92 OVR 

• Savanier SBC: Complete the 92 OVR Level Up Savanier SBC

Completing the SBC unlocks the Base 92 OVR card, as well as Savanier’s Premium 94 OVR Milestone (5* WF + 5* SM), which is:

• 10 Completions: Complete the Level Up Crafting Upgrade SBC 10 times
• 15 Completions: Complete the Level Up Crafting Upgrade SBC 15 times
• 20 Completions: Complete the Level Up Crafting Upgrade SBC 20 times
• 25 Completions: Complete the Level Up Crafting Upgrade SBC 25 times
• 30 Completions: Complete the Level Up Crafting Upgrade SBC 30 times
• 35 Completions: Complete the Level Up Crafting Upgrade SBC 35 times

Bear in mind with Savanier’s milestone is that you get some great returns for completing each part of the milestone, such as a TOTS player pack for 30 Completions, or even a Shapeshifter’s player pack for 35 Completion. So this should be on the radar for active players even if he doesn’t fit your Ultimate Team. 

There are currently no objectives in the Friendlies section regarding FUT Level Up but this could change for Team 2, which will arrive within the following days.

Hopefully, a guaranteed Base Level Up card could be added for winning a FUT Level Up cup in Friendlies, encouraging the FUT community to complete these milestones for Premium Level Up Cards. 

Currently, the FUT fanbase, are not happy at the lack of an incentive to complete these Premium milestones without some sort of luck or expenditure on FUT packs and coins. We shall wait and see if EA are listening.
