Thanks so much for the boot pack! this is awesome! how do i get the player id’s so that i can assign these new boots to them? or should i say where can you find the id’s?

i all ready intalled the patch but the boots doesnt appear on the game, what should i do to make them appear on the game?
I’ve got question: this boots will install by CM or such International Facepack Update by setup and regenerator?
these boots only works in the friendly match? or also works in the career mode?
