If you’ve experiencied one of the following issues with the latest update (1.3.3) on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Android devices, please delete the game from your device and re-install it from the App Store or Google Play:

• You’re unable to load the game
• You’re having difficulty scrolling through the Auction Market in Ultimate Team

You will not lose any content after you re-install. Please note that the EA dev is working on a permanent solution and will have a new update very soon.

Some users have been having trouble logging into EA games on Xbox One. If you are affected, you will get a looping error during the login process saying you do not have an Origin account.

This issue can be fixed by setting up or editing your Origin SQA (Secret Question and Answer). You can do this by following the steps in this article: How do I change my Security Question and Answer?

Once you have edited your SQA, try logging into the game again. You may need to exit the game client completely and relaunch it for the change to take effect.

FIFA Ultimate Team celebrated its 5th anniversary this week! With this occasion all FUT players received 5 FREE untradeable packs on their consoles, the Web App Daily Gifts returned, the 15k packs were reduced to 5k and big giveaways are planned by EA Sports FIFA this weekend. Yesterday EA Sports announced that all existing and new EL Shaarawy cards have been upgraded to 4 stars skills and all existing and new Diego Costa cards have switched the nation from Brazil to Spain!
