Rest of World TOTS

Of course, with every major TOTS release, there’s also a minor one and the Ultimate TOTS is accompanied by the release of Rest of World TOTS.

In contrast to league-specific TOTS squads that focus on individual leagues, the Rest of World TOTS includes players who have performed exceptionally well but are not part of the major leagues featured in the game.

The Rest of World TOTS squad typically consists of players from lesser-known or smaller leagues around the world. These players might come from leagues such as the cinch Premiership in Scotland, the Romanian Superliga, the Greek Super League, or other leagues not prominently featured in the game. Just like any other TOTS, the selection is based on the players’ standout performances during the football season.

Here’s who made the squad to the RoW TOTS:

  • RW: Jota (Celtic) – 95 OVR
  • LW: Davidson (Wuhan Three Towns) – 94 OVR
  • LW: Amahl Pellegrino (FK Bodø/Glimt) – 93 OVR
  • LM: Craig Goodwin (Adelaide United) – 92 OVR
  • CM: Viktor Claesson (FC København) – 91 OVR

  • GK: Alberto Brignoli (Panathinaikos) – 90 OVR
  • ST: Georges Mikautadze (FC Metz) – 90 OVR
  • CDM: Andrei Artean (Farul Constanta) – 89 OVR
  • CB: Fabio Lucioni (Frosinone) – 89 OVR
  • CM: Ahmet Arslan (Dynamo Dresda) – 89 OVR

All these players will be available in packs for an entire week.

An additional two RoW TOTS cards can be found in-game. One is Wrexham star Paul Mullin 91-rated item available via Objectives while the other one is the 88-rated Al Ain’s Brazilian left-back Erik available as an SBC.

The next promo to be released in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team is rumoured to be FUT Shapeshifters.
