This year saw the debut of new pack offerings in FIFA 16 Ultimate Team with the release of the BPL TOTS. As of now we have two new type of pack offers:
Prime Player Packs

League Premium Players Pack
This pack features 12 players, with at least 10 Gold items including three (3) Rare Player items, all from the same league.
