What kind of squad would you like to build? (league-/nation-wise for the chemistry)

I would suggest a 4-3-3 with fast players.

If you are planing to build a BPL Team, maybe you should considering players like Paulinho, Wilshere, Sandro (Very descent speed and good passing and defending) in midfield and guys like Lamela (RW) and Podoslki (LW) as wingers. Both have good speed, a very good shooting rate, and Lamela can also cut crosses, Poldi not so much ;-) As Central striker i woukld suggest players like Aguero, Eto'o, Sturrigde, or if you are going for Headers Benteke or Soldado.

4-2-3-1 with De Bruyne as a CAM the rest dosnt matterhim is an beast in this FIFA

4231(2) with good defensive midfielders like Yaya Toure and Wanyama is a great tactic. The most balanced defence of all tactics imo.
