I did that. The mod stopped working after I downloaded the last squads when creating a new manager on carreer mode.
Only the modified faces of players that had non-generic faces before works. If the player have originally a generic face (like Marchetti for example) the custom face installed don't work on the game even if I install it manually.

Every time when you add/remove a file you must REGENERATE!

Revolution mod bug and crash

Hello, I've installed the last Revolution mod and put some new faces to the game. After I started a new carrer and downloaded the last squads online, Revolution mod wasn't loading any files that I have downloaded and was crashing when I tried to remove references on the .exe file.
I want to know how I can make the Revolution mod work again without reinstalling FIFA 13. Anyone knows a solution? I have tried deleting the mod files and reinstalling it but still doesn't work.
