Trouble activating profile with PS4 with Fifa 15

Hi all, I have got fifa 15 on PS 4 and when I try to create my custom controller setting, or change team, or save or load anything, the following message appears.

"YOU NEED TO ACTIVATE YOUR PROFILE TO BE ABLE TO SAVE OR LOAD CONTENT"

ANY IDEAS ON HOW AND WHERE i CAN DO THIS??? I never had this problem using fifa 15 on PS 3. I even bought fifa 16 for the PS 3, but my oppos preferred fifa 15. So when i got a PS4 for christmas, i got the fifa 15. Just started to play the Fifa 15, and come up against this problem. Maybe I need to buy fifa 16, but would prefer the 15 for now.

Im not sure if it is a PS 4 profile or fifa 15 profile I need to activate, any help please
