The eSuperliga 2024-25 marks a significant milestone for Romania, being the country’s first officially affiliated league in the international EA Sports FC Pro competitive circuit. This new tournament offers a slot in the eChampions League and a qualification spot for the FC Pro World Championship 25, making it a landmark event in Romanian esports history.

Competition Format and Structure

The eSuperliga follows a structure designed to test the skills and strategies of its participants:

  • Group Stage: From October 20, 2024, to April 2025, 16 teams compete in a single round-robin league format. Each team faces all others once, setting the stage for intense rivalries.
  • eSuperCupa: The top 8 teams from the group stage advance to this single-elimination knockout stage, where the competition intensifies.

With a prize pool of €130,000, the stakes are high for Romania’s best EA FC 25 players, reflecting a growing connection between esports and online sports betting as fans engage more deeply with competitive gaming
